The election results are in and Donald Trump is set to be the next president of the United States of America. In Holbrook 2,912 (51.7%) of voters voted for Hillary Clinton, 2385 (42.3%) voted for Donald Trump, 248 (4.4%) for  Gary Johnson and 90 people (1.6%) voted for Jill Stein.

The results of the ballot questions were “no” on 1 and 2 and “yes” on 3 and 4. Question 1 would have permitted a new slot machine casino and Question 2 would have expanded the amount of charter schools. Because questions 3 and 4 were passed, there will be stricter laws on animal cruelty and marijuana is now legal for adults over the age of 21.
