Do you ever feel like you need something to motivate during these difficult times? You should see the movie Onward.

This movie is guaranteed to bring you and your family closer together during these tough times. Onward shows people that family is very important, no matter the situation. Family will always be there for you, and you will always be there for them. During quarantine, people are dying and more and more people are becoming infected by this pandemic. This teaches all the moral that you always have family everywhere you go and you should always make the most of the time you have with them. It is an inspirational story that can help bring siblings, parents, spouses, cousins, grandparents, aunts, uncles, kids; everyone together!

The movie Onward was released on March 6th, 2020. It was produced by Disney and Pixar. The story is about two brothers; Ian (Tom Holland) and Barley (Chris Pratt) Lightfoot who embark on a quest to find a crystal that will allow them to cast a spell with a wand that allows their father to walk the Earth for one day. They have never seen their father in real life. All they had left of him was an audio tape of his voice, so they sought out to overcome many challenges and see their father. It shows the bonding connection between the brothers throughout their journey and nature of wizardry and magic. It is a great movie for the family to watch.

This movie was based off of a real story of the director (Dan Scanlon) and his brother Bill. When they were both young, their father died by suicide and they did not have many memories of him left. All they had left was an old audio clip of his father speaking. Dan had shown his brother Onward and it had left him in awe and was crying. This just shows how much it brings family closer together.

You should watch the movie Onward streaming on Disney Plus, YouTube, Amazon Prime Videos, and Google Play Videos. Get the family together and bond over this movie!
